Terms and Conditions

– Mucky Madness cannot accept any responsibility for the care or supervision of the children. The children remain solely in the care of the parent/carer who brings them to the class, party or private event and must be supervised at all times. Under no circumstances can the parent/carer leave the room or venue without taking the children in their care with them.

  • It is highly recommended that all children wear appropriate clothing for mucky play activities. Mucky Madness accepts no liability or responsibility for any stains or marks on children or parent/carers clothing. Please note that food colourings and paints main stain.
  • Mucky Madness regrets that due to hire charges and materials refunds will not be provided if you are unable to attend.
  • All materials / foods used at Mucky Madness are non-toxic . However, it is best advised that the parent/carer ensures that the children do not consume them – despite some products being edible they may present a choking hazard. All materials / foods are sourced from trusted suppliers and are provided in the knowledge that the parent/carer is supervising the children at all times.
  • It is the parent/carers responsibility to advise the Mucky Madness leader of any allergies ahead of the session and to ensure that the child/children do not interact with any material or food that could cause a reaction. Your leader can advise you of all ingredients upon request.
  • Mucky Madness does not accept any responsibility for any accident, allergic reaction or illness found to be directly attributable from any material / food / products provided.
  • Parents/carers are solely responsible for the safety of their children at all times during the session.
  • As some materials / foods can cause play areas to become slippery Mucky Madness requests that no running is allowed for the safety of all attending. Mucky Madness leaders will endeavour to clear all spillages as soon as they have occurred.
  • Mucky Madness politely requests that children do not attend sessions if they are poorly and risk infecting others. If a child has suffered with sickness and diarrhoea please avoid sessions for at least 48 hours.
  • Mucky Madness will not accept any behaviour likely to threaten the safety or enjoyment of others attending and reserves the right to ask anyone to leave.
  • Mucky Madness will not tolerate abusive or bad language during a session and reserves the right to ask anyone to leave.
  • Mucky Madness has public liability insurance.
